Single type insect is only moved to wax bowl worm, the procedure is relatively simple, but the quality of the queen is often not very good; The double larva is to remove the small larva that has been accepted in the wax bowl for the first time and replace it with a small larva. Although the double parasite is more troublesome, but the acceptance rate is higher, and the quality of the queen is better.

2.Queen egg transfer, as the name suggests, involves transferring fertilized eggs into a wax bowl that has been cleaned by worker bees. It is also a better way to raise a queen bee. As the eggs hatch in the wax bowl, the larvae can get enough royal jelly from the beginning, so the queen bee is generally larger, more ovarian tubes, and stronger oviposition ability.

3.The method can only be used when the colony has grown large enough to produce the requirement of natural pollination. That is, the spleen with a large number of eggs and hatchlings is selected, and a piece of the nest spleen is cut off with a sharp knife, so that many eggs and small larvae are at the edge of the incision. In this way, the worker bees transform the cut larval chamber into a throne. After 2 to 3 days of splenectomy, the spleens of the cut eggs were examined, and a certain number of well-developed and moderately located royal thrones were selected and the rest were destroyed. Record the date of sealing the throne to track the time of the queen's emergence.
