Advantages and disadvantages of using notebook base machine

advantages

• The base machine uses melted raw wax. It doesn't require you to flake the wax beforehand.
• Using nest base machine can get square nest base piece. After the substrate is finished on the press, little trimming is required. Nest base is also very strong, very smooth.
• The base press has few moving parts. Easy maintenance. The base press has fewer weaknesses than the grinding roller. It doesn't break easily.

disadvantages

• Making a substrate with a base press requires heating wax to melting point. That means beekeepers are heating up nearby. Hot boilers and melted wax can be dangerous when beekeepers use base pressure carelessly.
• With the base press, beekeepers have to manage both the wax pot and the base press.

• 1. Open the press and clean it. Remove any remaining wax from previous use.
• 2. Using a hand sprayer, apply some water and a little detergent to the plate of the printing machine
• 3. Pour wax onto the roller bottom fixing plate
• 4. After injecting enough wax into the base press, lower the moving plate of the base press
• 5. Scrape off the wax overflow on the nest base
• 6. Use a blower to separate the upper plate of the base press from the base plate just pressed
• 7. Separate the base wax sheet from the press base plate
• 8. Place your base on a flat surface. Trim off the excess flakes and pour the wax back into the boiler.
