Features

The honey in the hive creates airflow when the bees' wings are constantly flapping. Natural evaporation occurs as air currents continue to take away the energy of the water. When the moisture evaporates to a certain level, mature honey is produced.

According to the principle of bionics, the device forcibly introduces the thermal kinetic energy of the air in a relatively closed space. There are 11 circular molds in the equipment, which rotate continuously. The honey will automatically adhere to the rotating mould, forming a 0.5mm thick film of honey glue, which is heated by the kinetic energy of forced hot air. The water evaporates quickly and exits the exhaust pipe to complete the dehydration job.

Compared with the traditional concentrated dehydration method, this method maintains the original rich nutrients of honey.
